Shipping policy
Depending on the item(s), some get shipped out via UPS, and others via UPS. All PO Box orders will get shipped out via USPS.
All shipping prices for items that free shipping does not apply, are calculated in our Shopping Cart section. You can simply use our Shopping Cart to see what the costs are for each UPS/USPS shipping method available. Simply before you finalize your purchase you can put in your zip code and check for the shipping charges. UPS/USPS shipping options are detailed below.
- Most orders received before 3:00 (EDT) will ship the same day providing the item is in stock.
- If you're ordering with a credit card through e-mail, you must provide us with your home and business phone number. No phone number means no order. .
- E-mail orders are best sent earlier in the day or the night before. Shopping Cart orders placed after 3:00: PM will more than likely get processed on the following business day; especially during high volume periods that might result from the premier of highly popular merchandise or during highly popular clearance sale events. Please call us 718-898-0728 to find out if your item(s) are available for same day shipping after 3:00 PM Eastern.

UPS Domestic USA Shipping
Several options are available for shipping your merchandise through FedEx. The actual shipping options and costs for your zip code are selected during checkout:
UPS Ground
1–7 business days within the contiguous U.S. Delivery days are Monday–Friday. Delivery is by the end of the business day. UPS Ground cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.
UPS Next Day Express
Delivery to businesses by 4:30 p.m. and to residences by 7 p.m, in 1 business day. Delivery days are Monday–Friday. Available throughout all states except Alaska and Hawaii.
UPS 2nd Day Air
By 4:30 p.m. in 2 business days to most areas (by 7 p.m. to residences). Service days are Monday–Friday, with Saturday service available in many areas for an additional charge. Available throughout all 50 states.
UPS 3rd Day Air
By 4:30 p.m. in 3 business days to most areas (by 7 p.m. to residences). Service days are Monday–Friday, with Saturday service available in many areas for an additional charge. Available throughout all 50 states.
International Orders and Shipping
We welcome international orders! We're happy for the opportunity to show you how much we can save you. There is no reason to pay full retail prices when you can pay far less, buying directly from a major U.S. reputable supplier. You can place your international order online directly at FrankyFashion.com and pay through PayPal.
- Payment for International orders must be made through PayPal only. Credit cards are not accepted for payment on international orders. All orders EXCEPT those from the US are considered international orders.
- All International orders (including Canada) will be processed by FrankyFashion.com, verified by PayPal and then shipped within 2-4 business days by USPS. The customer is responsible for all taxes, duties, and other fees that may apply at the time the package is delivered.
- Free shipping does NOT apply to International Orders.
- Customer is responsible for international order's tax and duties.
- All International orders are shipped by USPS. Please note: Our Return and Exchange Policy does NOT apply to International Orders.
- Shipping to Canada is via USPS International Priority service. Delivery is completed typically in 7 to 15 business days to Canada. Delivery days are Monday–Friday. However, during holidays such as Christmas and New Year, shipping will take longer due to official holiday closing of most freight companies.
