Franky Fashion uses a secure shopping cart system so all customer data is private, and can be submitted with confidence. All departments are accessible through our navigation panel, and each format will display a current price list. To place an order simply select the ORDER link which is listed by the product you'd like to order. This will add the product to your shopping cart. By selecting [Continue Shopping], you will be sent back to the previous page you had visited. You can move anywhere through the Franky Fashion Web, and continue adding items to your cart at will.
The Shopping Cart allows you to change quantities, and remove items at any time. Be sure to click the [Recalculate] button if you make any changes while on the Shopping Cart Page.
Shipping is automatically calculated as you add or subtract items. Even if you are not planning to purchase items during your visit, you can still get an estimate of how much your total would be for future reference.

Backorders/Special Orders
In an industry that is flooded with new styles every week, many products can have a short shelf life. We at Franky Fashion, generally keep newer styles on hand, but older merchandise listed, may take a few extra days, or even weeks to obtain. When selecting a product, you will notice its availability status on the Shopping Cart. Many items will dispatch within 24 hours (on business days), but stock changes daily, even hourly, so the status may not always be accurate. An item that is easily available can unexpectedly sell out through distribution and stock details are updated every other evening. We will notify the customer through e-mail, if an order will be delayed/backordered, at which point, the customer can cancel the order with a simple reply.
Various products will show a "Special Order" status upon selection. Special orders take longer than your average restock item, especially if they are not frequently stocked through local distribution. Special Order items are not more expensive, it's simply a business term we use meaning "please be patient, this may be a while".

All shipping is done through FedEx. All shipping prices are calculated in our Shopping Cart section. You can simply use our Shopping Cart to see what the costs are for each FedEx shipping method available. Simply before you finalize your purchase you can put in your zip code and check for the shipping charges. FedEx shipping options are detailed below.
- Orders received before 3:00 (EDT) will ship the same day providing the item is in stock.
- If you're ordering with a credit card through e-mail, you must provide us with your home and business phone number (beeper numbers will not be accepted). No phone number means no order. .
- E-mail orders are best sent earlier in the day or the night before. Shopping Cart orders placed after 3:00: PM will more than likely get processed on the following business day; especially during high volume periods that might result from the premier of highly popular merchandise or during highly popular clearance sale events. Please call us 718-898-0728 to find out if yours item(s) are available for same day shipping after 3:00 PM Eastern.
- All packages are insured.
FedEx Domestic USA ShippingSeveral options are available for shipping your merchandise through FedEx. The actual shipping options and costs for your zip code are selected during checkout:
FedEx Ground 1–7 business days within the contiguous U.S.; 3–7 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery days are Monday–Friday. Delivery is by the end of the business day. FedEx Ground cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.
FedEx Express Saver Delivery to businesses by 4:30 p.m. and to residences by 7 p.m, in 3 business days. Delivery days are Monday–Friday. Available throughout all states except Alaska and Hawaii.
FedEx Home Delivery 1–7 business days within the contiguous U.S.; 3–7 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii. Service days are Tuesday–Saturday. Delivery is between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. Available throughout all 50 states. FedEx Home Delivery cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.
FedEx 2nd Day Delivery By 4:30 p.m. in 2 business days to most areas (by 7 p.m. to residences). Service days are Monday–Friday, with Saturday service available in many areas for an additional charge. Available throughout all 50 states. Delivery to some rural areas of Alaska and ZIP codes in Hawaii in 3 business days.
FedEx Standard Overnight Service Next-business-day delivery by 3 p.m. to most U.S. addresses; by 4:30 to rural areas.
FedEx First Overnight Service Delivery days are Monday–Friday. Available throughout all 50 states (not available in all areas of Alaska and Hawaii).
We welcome International orders! We're happy for the opportunity to show you how much we can save you. There is no reason to pay full retail prices when you can pay far less, buying directly from a major U.S. leather supplier. You can place your International order online directly at FrankyFashion.com and pay through PayPal.
- Credit cards are not accepted for payment on International orders. Payment for International orders must be made through PayPal. All orders EXCEPT those from the US or Canada are considered International orders (you may use a credit card for purchases from the US and Canada).
- All International orders will be processed by FrankyFashion.com, verified by PayPal and then shipped within 2-4 business days by FedEx. The customer is responsible for all taxes, duties, and other fees that may apply at the time the package is delivered.
- All International orders are shipped by FedEx. (Due to our high shipping volume we have been able to lock in very good rates with FedEx.) However, please note: All International SALES ARE FINAL. Our Return and Exchange Policy does NOT apply to International Orders.
- FedEx Shipping to Canada is via FedEx International Economy service. Delivery is completed typically in 2 or 3 business days to Canada. Delivery days are Monday–Friday. FedEx also provides door-to-door, customs-cleared delivery to major world markets.
- International shipping rates and even rates for shipping to Alaska, Canada and Hawaii, may vary based on the location of the shipping address. Please email us with your exact shipping address at Service@FrankyFashion.com and we'll get you a shipping quote right away.

FrankyFashion.com reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities for full prosecution as allowed by law.
We are not able to cancel any orders that have been submitted to our warehouse for shipment. Due to or high order volume it is difficult for us to locate your order once processing starts.

Customers will be charged a fee of $5-$10 to reroute a package once it has been released to our carrier. Due to or high order volume it is difficult for us to locate your order once processing starts. We cannot make any modifications to your order once it has been submitted to our warehouse and most orders are submitted to our warehouse within hours of your purchase.

If your package is rejected upon delivery, your initial shipping cost will not be refunded. The amount you paid for the shipping will be deducted from the amount of the item order as FedEx will charge us to have your package shipped back to us. Additionally, a $7.00 charge will be applied to your credit card.
The $7.00 fee applies to any package returned undelivered, for reasons such as “Refused”, “Unknown Address/Receiver”, etc.

Just email us with the link to where you have seen the same item advertised for less, and we will give you the same item less 15%. Use the graphic link below to send us your request (or this link if the graphic does not appear).

Our goal is to provide each of our customers with total satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, return it to us for exchange, store credit, or a money back refund!
Important Note: All sales are final for International orders and for Special Order items. Franky Fashion's Exchange/Returns Policy does not apply to those items.
- All returns must be made within 30 days of invoice date.
- No item that is damaged, soiled or worn will be accepted for refund or exchange.
- All exchanges or returns must be called in to 718-898-0728 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. All returned packages must have this RA number written clearly on them or they will NOT be accepted and will instead be returned to the sender at the sender's expense.
- Defective merchandise will be replaced up to 15 days from the day you receive your order. For proper replacement of a defective product, the item being returned to us should be packed the same way it was originally shipped to you. We will credit your card (or send you a company check) for covering the shipping cost to send us any damaged/defective products that arrived at their destination in this condition.
- Refunds will be made with a copy of the invoice only and made in the same manner for which the order was paid.
- Refunds and exchanges will be made within 30 days from the date the package was received by us, minus the shipping charges. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on replacement items.
- All men's' suits are subject to a $10 "Restocking Fee" if returned for a refund and not an exchange.
