Franky Fashion uses a secure shopping cart system so all customer data is private, and can be submitted with confidence. All departments are accessible through our navigation panel, and each format will display a current price list. To place an order simply select the ORDER link which is listed by the product you'd like to order. This will add the product to your shopping cart. By selecting [Continue Shopping], you will be sent back to the previous page you had visited. You can move anywhere through the Franky Fashion Web, and continue adding items to your cart at will.
The Shopping Cart allows you to change quantities, and remove items at any time. Be sure to click the [Recalculate] button if you make any changes while on the Shopping Cart Page.
Shipping is automatically calculated as you add or subtract items. Even if you are not planning to purchase items during your visit, you can still get an estimate of how much your total would be for future reference.
In an industry that is flooded with new styles every week, many products can have a short shelf life. We at Franky Fashion, generally keep newer styles on hand, but older merchandise listed, may take a few extra days, or even weeks to obtain. When selecting a product, you will notice its availability status on the Shopping Cart. Many items will dispatch within 24 hours (on business days), but stock changes daily, even hourly, so the status may not always be accurate. An item that is easily available can unexpectedly sell out through distribution and stock details are updated every other evening. We will notify the customer through e-mail, if an order will be delayed/backordered, at which point, the customer can cancel the order with a simple reply.
Various products will show a "Special Order" status upon selection. Special orders take longer than your average restock item, especially if they are not frequently stocked through local distribution. Special Order items are not more expensive, it's simply a business term we use meaning "please be patient, this may be a while".

All shipping is done through FedEx. All shipping prices are calculated in our Shopping Cart section. You can simply use our Shopping Cart to see what the costs are for each FedEx shipping method available. Simply before you finalize your purchase you can put in your zip code and check for the shipping charges. FedEx shipping options are detailed below.

We welcome International orders! We're happy for the opportunity to show you how much we can save you. There is no reason to pay full retail prices when you can pay far less, buying directly from a major U.S. leather supplier. You can place your International order online directly at FrankyFashion.com and pay through PayPal.
FrankyFashion.com reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities for full prosecution as allowed by law.
We are not able to cancel any orders that have been submitted to our warehouse for shipment. Due to or high order volume it is difficult for us to locate your order once processing starts.
Customers will be charged a fee of $10 to reroute a package once it has been released to our carrier. Due to or high order volume it is difficult for us to locate your order once processing starts. We cannot make any modifications to your order once it has been submitted to our warehouse and most orders are submitted to our warehouse within hours of your purchase.
If your package is rejected upon delivery, your initial shipping cost will not be refunded. The amount you paid for the shipping will be deducted from the amount of the item order as the freight company will charge us to have your package shipped back to us. Additionally, a $10.00 charge will be applied to your credit card.
The $10.00 fee applies to any package returned undelivered, for reasons such as "Refused”, "Unknown Address/Receiver”, etc.
